At DRIFT, we love capturing, editing and grading video…
Music videos, interviews, promo videos… all projects that we can’t wait to sink our teeth into. Perhaps you have a great idea and just need someone with which to collaborate on script-writing, story-boarding and/or creative shot lists. Or maybe that’s all done, and you’re in need of a camera/operator, a set designer/builder or a lighting design. PC-based graphic design and video editing suite featuring Photoshop CC, Davinci Resolve (Studio) and Blender.
Hardware calibrated monitoring paired with a Cintiq pen display (… and a good old fashion drafting table for brainstorming and story boarding!) Both VHS digitizing and DVD burning/printing are available in small runs.
We currently use Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K with four focal lengths of MFT native prime cine lenses and a Panasonic Lumix S5ii camera/Black Magic Video Assist rig (shooting RAW, Prores or V-Log) . The Zhiyun Crane 3 gimbal keeps the P4K stable and the internal stabilization and auto-focus systems give the Lumix rig its hand-held superpowers.
Our onsite space offers a 24′ X 24′ (X12’h) shoot studio with the choice of large fabric green screen, neutral theatre curtains, white paper background… or a creative opportunity for a small in-studio set. We have a modest collection of halogen and LED lighting options… and, of course, we can rent what you need for your particular project.
